For those of you who know me, I love to work out.
Since I’ve had the baby, I don’t have quite as much time to go to the gym as I used to. So I’ve started doing a lot of at-home workouts while the baby is napping. There’s some really great popular ones out there that I’ve been trying out.
I’d really love to challenge the girls this week to see which at-home workout they can come up with.
I got mine done in a naptime or less!
