If I am 100% honest, sometimes the holidays leave me feeling disappointed.
I work so hard to make everything special. But I'm always frazzled because there is never enough time. And when it's all said and done, I'm too tired to connect with people,
Even though it's the same every year, I can’t seem to change the parts of the holidays that drive me to distraction.
I would like to be able to let go of all the ego that drives the holidays and truly understand giving and gratitude. I would like to be more present and more mindful in my life.
So that’s my challenge, ladies. Moving into this very hectic holiday season, I would like you all to try meditating for a week. There are as many ways to meditate as there are ice cream flavors, and it takes some experimenting to find what works for you.
I can't wait to see what we learn from exercising our ability to be still and quiet!
