"The Best" Candy Bar!

Being a classically trained pastry chef, I have learned to make some of the most beautiful and delicate chocolates and truffles.

The only problem is that they take so long to make!

And when I need a sweet fix, I have zero patience.

A few years ago, I was a guest on Damaris’ show, Southern at Heart, where she introduced me to "the best" candy bar.

It was easy, delicious, and most importantly, so quick to make.

Damaris’ recipe included dark chocolate, Speculoos cookies, and sorghum caramel sauce.

I changed up the recipe a bit and added some white chocolate, as well as bourbon, caramel, and sea salt.
